So myself and Cannon went for a pedal last night and i fucking loved it! (Cannon didnt) Its 3 pounds in and flood light till 9! Only problem is you must have a brake on you bike!? So i got to work and managed to bodge a front brake on. (I use the turm brake very losley) As it doesnt have brake pads or work, however i got to ride the track!
It takes about 2 seconds to fit and remove and all i need is a 5mm allen key and 10mm spanner!bang!
Other rules that i found out are you must wear a helmet and a long sleeve top. Its defo worth going just to pedal your tits off and try and clear some big rollers.
